Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes, ofcourse! Global shipping is definitely available! Please be aware that shipping to destinations outside of Europe may result in higher costs and longer delivery times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping varies depending on the country you would like shipping to! Usually the costs stay below €20 within the EU, and below €10 within Denmark.

However, prices differ significantly outside the EU. To obtain accurate pricing information, please contact Jaeppai through the provided contact form or proceed to checkout to receive a shipping quote before making a payment.

Do you provide a tracking number when I make a purchase?

Absolutely! Providing a tracking number is part of the delivery service from the sellers part, however in some cases that does increase the shipping expenses, so we would like to apologize in advance!

Opting out of a tracking number is always an option, however you forfeit your opportunity to ask for a return and refund in this case, as a safety precaution for the store.

Can I get a refund?

Certainly! As long as the refund requirements are met, it is definitely achievable!

  • Requests for a refund and return of a product, is to be announced to the seller (Jaeppai) within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
  • Request for a refund and return will only be accepted if it is based on visible damage of the products, or a production flaw that the seller have failed to notice.

  • The customer is expected to cover the costs related to returning the product, unless the reason for the return is specifically attributed to an error made by the seller (Jaeppai).

  • If the request falls after the specified time frame of 48 hours, it will most likely be denied, however, you are welcome to message me to discuss a potential discount on a future purchase from my store!

  • Refunds will not be enforced until the product has been returned to me and is back in my possession.

  • I cannot take responsibility for the package carriers efficiency in delivering your package or keeping it safe. However I am willing to offer a discount on a future purchase and potentially look for a different carrier in cases of packages damaged upon delivery.

  • If you have opted out of receiving access to a tracking service/tracking number, you simultaneously agree to forfeit your right to request a return and refund, as we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of your return claim, when we do not hold tracking information of your package.
