TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning the artist "Jaeppai", you agree to the following set of terms:
- The final artwork is only for PERSONAL USE. If you want to use it for COMMERCIAL, there will be an extra fee to the final price.
- Don't TRACE or MODIFY the final artwork.
- Do not sell any artwork or claim it as your own.
- Please credit me if you are using the art on social media. (youtube, facebook, twitter, etc)

- OC’s | VTubers
- Animals | Furry (although with lack of experience)
- Mecha | Robotics (although with lack of experience)
- Complex armors | weapons
- Fandom stuff
- LGBTQIA+ positive art.
- Character design (costs extra)
- R18 (NSFW + Slight to Medium Gore)

I WON'T DO:
- NFT's, etc.
- Collaboration with A.I., or A.I. aided material
- Depictions of Immoral Activities
(Incest, p*doph!lia, sexual violence) - Imitations of other artists illustrations or art styles.
- Free art or art in exchange of "promotion".
- Full illust. art trades. (sketches = okay!)
- R18 (Explicit Horror Related Gore)
5. If the character is very complex or there are some additional things, the price might be increased (ex. accessories, design, complex BG etc.)
6. I’ll send you the SKETCH in order to check if there is anything to change.
7. Minor retouching will be completely free. ( 5 max. per sketch )
8. Changes from the LINEART will have an extra charge depending on the complexity. So please, be as specific as you can in the ORDER FORM!
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
✔ Payment via PAYPAL / PAYMENT LINK (EUR) OR MOBILEPAY (ONLY FOR DANES)
✔ Please fill the ORDER FORM to commission me!
✔ Submitting an ORDER FORM DOES NOT BIND YOU to commissioning me. Once you've submitted your order form, I will be sending you back a PRICE QUOTE, and you can make a decision based off of that if you wish to proceed with the commission. However, please check out my PRICES first!
✔ I won’t accept incorrectly filled forms, but I’ll help you fill it out if needed!
✔ I DO NOT accept commission payment through TWITCH DONATIONS! Any donations made will be considered a legitimate donation, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
✔ When I received and approved your ORDER FORM I'll send you back a message!
✔ I will not start your comm until I have received AT LEAST 50% PAYMENT.
✔ There is NO REFUND. Unless for some reason I can no longer do your commission. In which case, I will contact you to let you know, and then proceed to transfer your money back ASAP.
✔ I will be providing you with a receipt and an order confirmation, granted that you inform me of your e-mail, (and phone number, if you wish receipt as a text message instead).
